The African Touch Massage Therapy Project

African Touch Education Fund Society is a registered non profit organization and a registered Canadian Charity. We provide individuals training in the skills of massage therapy and the support to obtain and sustain gainful employment within their African communities. These local employment opportunities include placements within chiropractic clinics, ayurvedic health clinics, hotels and spas, all of which are plentiful throughout the larger cities.

By giving individuals the skills of massage therapy, African Touch aims to provide hope, empowerment, and an increase in self sufficiency. Skills gained by students will also benefit the community as a whole by providing citizens with access to the healing and rehabilitative benefits of massage therapy.

If you have not already done so, you can check out a documentary video of the Uganda 2011 Massage Project
